We go deep here so you only ever take calls with the accounts you actually want. Anything outside that description gets filtered out before it reaches you, so no call is ever wasted.

No mail merge, no templates. Every email opens from a real, specific detail about the person, a client they've named, a number from their bio, something they built, so it reads like it was written for them, because it was. We write the full sequence, subject lines through follow-ups, and A/B test the copy, offer, and packaging to see what pulls the most replies, keeping what works and cutting what doesn't.

We buy and set up separate sending domains and mailboxes, never your primary. The domain your customers and investors see stays clean and out of it. We handle the technical setup, SPF, DKIM, and DMARC, so every email authenticates.

Before anything sends, we warm the new mailboxes for a few weeks so inbox providers learn to trust them. Then we manage deliverability the whole way through, volume, ramp, rotation, and monitoring, keeping bounce and spam rates low so your emails land in the primary inbox instead of the promotions tab or spam.

We run the sends across every mailbox on a schedule tuned for deliverability and manage the campaign day to day. When a reply comes in, we nurture the interested leads straight into your calendar. You never touch the tools or the inboxes, you just show up to the call and close.
