• Booking information — when you schedule a call through our booking tool (Calendly), we receive the name, email, and any details you provide.
• Messages — if you email us, we keep your message and contact details so we can reply.
• Basic technical data — standard server logs (such as IP address and browser type) kept by our host for security and reliability.

We do not currently run advertising or analytics tracking on this site.

How we use it

To schedule and hold your call, respond to your inquiries, and operate and secure the site. We do not sell your personal information.

Who we share it with

Service providers that help us run the site and bookings, namely Calendly (scheduling) and Netlify (hosting). They process data on our behalf under their own privacy terms.

Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your personal information. Under Canada's PIPEDA, and where they apply the EU GDPR or California's CCPA, you may have additional rights. Email brandon@coyne.ai and we will respond.

Retention and security

We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes above, then delete it. We use reasonable safeguards to protect it.
